Expentrac Games

Last Updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Expentrac ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you play this game (the "Game"). By using the Game, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account and Authentication Identifiers

The Game does not ask you to register with an email address or password. To save your progress, an account is created automatically using one of the following methods:

  • Apple Game Center (iOS): If Game Center is available and you are signed in, we receive a Game Center player identifier and a signed verification payload (public key URL, signature, salt, and timestamp) used solely to verify your identity with Game Center and to create or sign in to your game account. We do not receive your Apple ID, real name, email address, or friends list.
  • Anonymous Account: If Game Center is unavailable or you decline it, we create an anonymous account identified by a randomly generated identifier so that your progress can be stored. This identifier is not linked to your real-world identity.

1.2 Game Data

To provide the Game and sync your progress, we store data generated through play:

  • Level progress and completion status
  • Statistics such as best clear times per difficulty
  • In-game settings and preferences (e.g., language, theme)
  • Advertising-related preferences (e.g., whether ads have been removed)

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

We automatically collect certain technical information to operate and improve the Game:

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique or advertising identifiers
  • Usage Data: Gameplay patterns, features used, crash reports, and performance metrics
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and technical error logs

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Provide and Maintain the Game: Create your game account, save and sync your progress and statistics across sessions and devices
  • Improve the Game: Analyze usage patterns to enhance levels, features, and difficulty balance
  • Technical Support: Diagnose and fix technical issues and respond to inquiries
  • Stability and Performance: Monitor performance and identify bugs or crashes
  • Advertising: Display advertisements and manage ad-related preferences
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: Detect and prevent unauthorized access, abuse, or fraudulent activity
  • Legal Compliance: Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Data Storage Location

Your game data is stored on secure cloud servers provided by trusted third-party cloud service providers. These providers maintain data centers in multiple regions worldwide and comply with industry-standard security practices. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using the operating system's secure storage.

3.2 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS protocols
  • Secure on-device storage of authentication tokens
